1 package vanilla waffers, crushed (or Keebler french vanilla cookies)
2 eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cube butter, softened
7 or 8 large peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 pint whipping cream or 2 cups frozen cool whip topping, thawed
Crush the cookies with a rolling pin. Push them into the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. Mix together eggs, sugar, and butter. Spread carefully over the top of the crumbs. Peel and slice the peaches on top of the powdered sugar filling. Spread the whipped cream, which has been whipped and sweetened, over the top of the peaches. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serves 12.
