This recipe comes from our good friend, Barb Cahoon. She calls them "mountains". A great syrup recipe will be coming to serve with these.
4 eggs
1 C milk
1 C flour
1/3 C butter
Beat eggs together in a blender. Gradually add in milk and flour. Melt butter in a 9x13 pan in the oven. Pour batter into pan over butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffy and browned.
