Orzo Pasta Salad

1 lb. orzo pasta
Ex. Virgin Olive Oil
2 c. Arugula or Spinach
¾ c. Feta cheese
½ c. Craisins
¼ c. pinenuts
3. T. lemon juice

Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and spread on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix with remaining ingredients and toss to combine.

RECIPE MISSING:
12 leaves of fresh basil; torn
1/4 of cup olive oil mixed with lemon juice and salt and pepper for dressing.
