Chocolate Rolo Cookies

Cream together:
1 C butter
1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Combine:
2 1/4 C flour
3/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Gradually add to the butter mixture.
Let the dough sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour before baking the coolies. Wrap each Rolo with with the chocolate cookie dough and roll into a ball. Roll each ball in sugar to coat, and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
