PTSA Salad

Dressing:
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
½ tsp. salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped dry onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup canola oil

Mix well and add to spinach, mixed greens, strawberries, blueberries, dried cherries, mandarin oranges and feta cheese. You can also add grilled chicken to make this a main dish.
